The Three Little Pigs…

Most of us will still remember the fable about three pigs who build three houses of different materials. A big bad wolf blows down the first two pigs’ houses, made of straw and sticks respectively, but is unable to destroy the third pig’s house, made of bricks.

See this as a great analogy to describe how the body responds to the diet its subjected to.

There aren’t any doubts that a healthy and balanced diet are key for those in search of improved health. Similarly to building a house; if the supply of materials is not correct, how can you expect the house to be sturdy and lasting?

Like the three little pigs, you want to watch closely what you eat. The moral of the story is that it is unrealistic to expect your body to be strong and healthy if you don’t give it the right building blocks in the first place.
With a little time planning and organizing anyone can have a balanced diet.

Opting for a sturdy brick house…

Be like the third little pig…
You too can take a little more time insuring you’re making the right choice of building components. This extra time will pay off when invaders try to ‘blow your house down’!

Not every one will have the same needs. Many factors determine each person’s nutritional requirements. The energy expenditure of each individual can be completely different, even for those leading similar lifestyles. For instance, a cyclist will require a very different diet than that of an Olympic power lifter. The dietary requisites of a breastfeeding mum will differ from those of a mum who isn’t breastfeeding and so on.

The bespoke diet plans take into consideration your unique lifestyle. They offer guided information on how, what and when to eat. What foods to exclude and which to include. Advice on the correct supplementation (when required) will also be included.

The program takes into account long-term conditions and any current medication. From heart conditions to injury, the program can offer bespoke support. Advice on how to supplement accordingly is available. You are always strongly advised to discuss the suggested supplementation with your physician.
