The Three Little Pigs…
Most of us will still remember the fable about three pigs who build three houses of different materials. A big bad wolf blows down the first two pigs’ houses, made of straw and sticks respectively, but is unable to destroy the third pig’s house, made of bricks.
See this as a great analogy to describe how the body responds to the diet its subjected to.
There aren’t any doubts that a healthy and balanced diet are key for those in search of improved health. Similarly to building a house; if the supply of materials is not correct, how can you expect the house to be sturdy and lasting?
Like the three little pigs, you want to watch closely what you eat. The moral of the story is that it is unrealistic to expect your body to be strong and healthy if you don’t give it the right building blocks in the first place.
With a little time planning and organizing anyone can have a balanced diet.
